How does fare estimation work?
After you enter pickup and destination, the map shows the road route, approximate distance, and expected travel time. The estimate follows the displayed route rather than the straight-line distance between two locations.
The tariff is selected by distance and ride type. Routes up to 3 km use the active short tariff, routes from 3 to 30 km use Tariff 3 or 4, routes from 30 to 100 km use Tariff 2, and routes over 100 km use Tariff 1. Return rides use Tariff 2 for both directions.
The displayed amount is an indicative estimate. Confirm the route, pickup time, waiting time, and any special requirements before booking.
